Can I post an opportunity instead of a job?
Yes! Grants, fellowships, contests, residencies, pitch calls, calls for submissions, book submission calls, and accelerators are all welcome. Pick "An Opportunity" at the top of the form — the price and review process are exactly the same as for a job. Opportunities appear on the board alongside jobs and in the opportunity filters (Grants, Contests, Pitch Calls, and more).
How long does it take for my listing to go live?
Our team reviews every listing for quality. Most posts go live within a day or two of submission.
What's the difference between Standard and Featured?
Both run on the board for 30 days. Featured listings also get pinned to the top, receive a featured badge, and are highlighted in our dedicated email blast to matching members.
Can I edit my listing after it's posted?
Yes — reach out via the Help page and we'll make the updates. We're a small team, so it can take us a little while to get to edit requests. Please double-check your listing before submitting so what goes live is exactly what you want.

What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Listings and subscriptions are non-refundable. Subscriptions must be cancelled before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period.
